This Privacy Policy applies to the Holomutu brand website (holomutu.com), administrative services, health-check endpoints, and communication channels operated by Holomutual Systems.

Holomutu is a policy-to-economy quantitative transmission simulation platform. We follow data minimization and collect only what is necessary to operate the site, secure admin access, and respond to inquiries.

Public brand pages: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps) for security and operations.

Admin login: session identifiers and audit records of login/logout events stored in our SQLite database; passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

Contact inquiries: if you email us, we receive the information you choose to include (name, email, message content).

We do not perform standalone political analysis and do not collect political opinions or sensitive categories beyond what you voluntarily provide.

To operate, secure, and improve the website and admin console.

To maintain audit trails required for security and compliance (FR-SYS-004).

To respond to business, technical, or media inquiries you initiate.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use site data for political profiling or unrelated marketing.

We comply with applicable data security, cybersecurity, and personal information protection requirements, including the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) of the People's Republic of China where applicable, along with the Data Security Law and Cybersecurity Law.

Simulation outputs are decision-support insights only; they are not directives and must not be treated as perfectly accurate forecasts (ETH-002).

Server logs are retained for a limited operational period. Admin audit logs are retained according to internal security policy.

Production secrets and credentials are stored only on the server environment (`.env.local`, chmod 600) and are never committed to source control.

We apply access controls, TLS encryption in transit, and least-privilege administration.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
